Taunton lies in the heart of Somerset, where just under a quarter of the population is of retirement age. Our Taunton community offers 89 affordable retirement apartments with stunning views over the Quantock Hills.

Our Salisbury community boasts 198 affordable homes and apartments for the elderly, enriched in community and culture. From half the price of an average house in the local area, homeowners can live with the independence and support they need.

Sherborne, Dorset

Sherborne is a beautiful rural town where many choose to settle in later life. However, there is a significant gap between the average pension income and house prices. Our community provides 123 age-appropriate homes that make life affordable. 

Esprit

Poole, Dorset

Poole has a large proportion of those over 55, creating demand for suitable housing, and healthcare provisions to keep them healthy in later life. Esprit helps meet this demand as a modern retirement community comprised of 55 apartments and communal care services in Poole town centre.

Vista, Poole

Our Vista community comprises 50 apartments, with an onsite community team to support our homeowners’ health and social needs, lessening the burden on local health services and maximising the opportunities in Poole for independent living.

Monterey, Christchurch

Christchurch, Dorset

Monterey is a retirement community set in private manicured gardens within the Christchurch Hospital healthcare campus. The 35 apartments help meet the local area’s demand for appropriate housing for the elderly, with the convenience of having the hospital on its doorstep.
