Welcome to Affordable Housing and Healthcare Group’s 2022 Impact Report

Our vision is a world where everyone can afford to live a happy and healthy life within the security of their own home.

We create vibrant, affordable communities that help people get onto and move up and down the housing ladder throughout their lifetime.

We’re incredibly proud of the positive impact our communities have on the health and wellbeing of our homeowners, consequently reducing the burden on local health services.

Our 2022 Impact Report introduces the impact we have delivered thus far, measured against key ESG metrics – and our targets to go further. We hope you enjoy reading.

Reducing Social Isolation

Social isolation significantly increases the risk of premature death from all causes.* Jack Francis, Chapters Homeowner, has found new friendships within his Platinum Skies community, who he regularly meets during the not-for-profit activities organised by Chapters Community Managers.
